Full Scottish breakfast (bacon, egg, sausage, black pudding, potato scone, tomatoes, mushrooms, and hash brown)

Poached trout and grilled tomato
Or
Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon

Kippers and scrambled eggs

Continental Buffet (smoked salmon, boiled eggs, a large selections of cold meats, large selection of cheeses, fresh fruit of the season as available such as pineapple, melon, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cherries)
And
Filter coffee and fresh tea
Also there will be baskets of Toast, fresh baked rolls, homemade scones and homemade jams and marmalade

Our Eggs are free range and come from Balvicar farm near Oban
Our Award winning black pudding comes from Macleods of Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis
Back Bacon comes from Simon Howie of Perthshire
Our Smoked salmon comes from St James Smokehouse in Annan in Dumfries
Rainbow Trout from Watts of Oban
Smoked kippers from J.Lawrie & Sons of Mallaig
Potato Scones from Nevis Bakery in Fort Willian
Our Fresh fruit comes from Perthshire when in season
Homemade Jam and Marmalade and Homemade Scones
